The Hotel
This small rustic family-run guesthouse is in a converted farmhouse that dates back over 300 years. It is situated on a hillside in the small village of Ripenda, on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, between the medieval towns of Rabac (4km) and Labin, and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. This is a true paradise for lovers of nature, with huge pastures, rolling hills and woods. The Adriatic Sea with its clean beaches is just 4km away. There are gardens around the villa where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and the peaceful setting.
