This small town is close to the Biogradska Gora National Park, one of the few remaining primeval forests left in Europe. It is an area of mountains, rivers and the stunning Lake Biogradska which lies at an altitude of 1,094m. There are several well-marked walks and cycle paths. In the evening the village becomes alive as it has at least a dozen restaurants and bars in the main street. Explore by day and make merry by night.
