The Hotel

Villa Pattiera is an early 19^th century villa, once the home of Tino Pattiera, the world- famous Croatian opera singer. It is now an elegant boutique hotel, lovingly restored and stylishly decorated to preserve the rich culture and history of the villa.  Located on the promenade of the charming seaside village of Cavtat, its central position is ideal for those guests wishing to enjoy the many facilities and attractions of the village. The Old City of Dubrovnik is a 30 minutes taxi ride away or approximately 45 minutes by boat.

Rooms & Views

12 air-conditioned and spacious standard, superior and de-luxe rooms, all beautifully decorated in contemporary light colours with natural Croatian oak wood floors. All rooms have bath/shower, w.c, satellite TV and mini-bar. 

De-luxe and superior rooms are larger than standard rooms and are promenade-facing with spacious balconies and views to the bay. 

Standard rooms have village or promenade views.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor or al fresco on the terrace.
