Located in a quiet, elevated sea-front position just 10 minutes from the fascinating old town of Korcula and bears the name of the world-famous 13^th century explorer. The town's cultural treasures are intriguing with its ancient leaf-shaped streets ingeniously designed to minimise the effects of the winter wind and summer sun. Visit the local shops, restaurants and bars and a nearby rocky, pebble beach. The better sandy beaches of the village of Lumbarda are 7km away.
