The Hotel

This family-run hotel with a fine reputation for friendly service overlooks the bay on the little known island of Sipan, one of the most beautiful of the islands. Built into the cliff, 15m from the water's edge, there are splendid views from the terrace and pool and the seaside deck area, from where there is direct access to the sea. The restaurant on the hotel terrace enjoys a good reputation and although we offer a choice of room and breakfast or half board, we recommend the latter as most guests choose to eat there throughout their stay. It is possible to exchange dinner locally for at least one evening with the hotel's Terrace Restaurant in the nearby village. Boat trips are available to Dubrovnik (one hour) and the neighbouring Elaphiti islands of Lopud and Kolocep, and the hotel can provide transport at local cost to other parts of Sipan.

Rooms & Views

27 air-conditioned twin, double and family rooms. Attic rooms, sea view rooms and superior rooms can be twin or double with bath or shower and accommodate 2 adults and a child on a single bed. Attic rooms have a roof window and a view of the sky. Superior rooms (the most popular) are larger with a bath and have a picture window and a magnificent sea view. There are also rooms with a double bed, which accommodate 2 adults and have a shower, a balcony and sea view. Family suite rooms are very large and accommodate 4 persons with a double bed and 2 single beds, a bath or shower and a terrace with a sea view. All rooms have satellite TV and free Wi-fi.

We do not provide visits by our representatives, who are nevertheless contactable through the hotel, where English is spoken.
Due to steps the hotel is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Drinks on the House Book any holiday of 7 nights or more on half board and receive a bar credit of kuna 100 (£12.50) per person per stay (adults only) for drinks at the hotel. Must be added at the time of booking.
