The perfect holiday retreat, hidden amongst cypress trees in a beautiful setting overlooking Zupa Dubrovacka Bay, 10km from the Old City of Dubrovnik. The facilities are good, the pebble beach is clean with watersports activities some 50m away. Annexe rooms overlook the beach with fine views of the bay and are 100m from the main hotel where meals are served and all facilities are available. Buses and taxi-boats operate to the nearby village of Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The airport is just 10km away. Our room and breakfast option enables guests to try the cuisine of the local restaurants. Rooms & Views

All rooms are air-conditioned and have either twin or double beds, 217 in the main building and 120 in the annexe. Rooms are with shower, hairdryer, safe (main building only), satellite TV, balcony or terrace and most have a sea view, although this can be obscured by trees. Inter-connecting, ground floor bedrooms are available on request.
